Pizza Of The Month: MONTE CRISTO
The base is a Dijon Swiss Mornay Sauce. That gets covered in sliced Ham and Turkey. Sprinkle some more Swiss cheese on that. Then it gets dollops of Raspberry Lemon Basil sauce. The crust gets a French Toast Egg wash. After the oven we sprinkle a lil powdered sugar on top.
